Tournament Rules

Rules:

1. Entry fee is $25 per boat, cash only at ramp for weeknights, $20 towards prize and $5 towards big bass. Weekends will be $40 entry $35 towards prize and $5 towards big bass.  100% pay back, Teams consist of 1- 3 people per boat with up to 2 anglers over 16 years old. (This means you can have two adults fish and have a third person in your boat as long as they are 16yrs old or younger.)

2. 5 bass limit, bass must be at least 14”. All fish measured with mouth closed, tail compressed with any part of tail touching line.  Courtesy bump board can be used before weigh in. Short fish will be thrown back plus your biggest.  More than 1 short fish is a DQ.  Dead fish are penalized .25lbs. (4 oz). (These are be catch and release tournaments, so it's important to keep the fish alive.)

3. Artificial lures only- except pork strips , one rod only in use at a time per person, no trolling

4. Total Weight determines winning team, big bass is tie breaker.

5. If your late back to the launch site you will be disqualified.

6. All state laws and regulations apply, any violations could mean disqualification.

7. Any PROTEST must be made within 10 minutes of the scales closing.

8. Payouts will be determined based on the number of boats.

9. Start and end times will be set prior to launch. Official time will be announced.

10. You must leave and return to the tournament site by boat. If you break down, one person from the team may return in another contestant’s boat with the fish to be weighed in.

11. You must cull down to 5 fish before returning to the ramp for weigh-in.

13. You can not pre-fish the lake during the day of a night tournament. You can how ever launch early and drive around on the lake.

14. You can not exit your boat, to get into other bodies of water. If you can stay in your boat and get there by motor, rowing or pushing with an oar or push pole then it's fine.  Off limits, if any will be announced before start.
